The Women-Of-Honor High Tea event was hosted in Dallas, Texas on July 21, 2007 at the Mary Kay Conference
Center.
Sue Baldwin did an awesome job of working out every detail of planning the event. The theme
was: "You Shine Like Stars in the Universe" Phil 2:15. The program started out with Sue Baldwin welcoming all the
women to the event followed by an Opening prayer by Karmen Mann.
The High Tea and wonderful food was served by Denise Kjser and Dana Gardner of "Dinner
Is Served" at www.dinnerisserved.org.
Following the High Tea, we were blessed and inspired by Laura Hobbs, of Christian Ministries who spoke on
"What It Means To Be A Woman Of Honor."
Sue Baldwin presented the Mary Kay Year End Awards to select women who have gone beyond the call
of duty to shine like stars in the universe. In addition, other women were nominated and awarded as "Women-Of-Honor"
at the event.
Marsha Biddix encouraged and blessed the women by sharing a message on "Let Your Light Shine".
The event concluded with a Candle Lighting Ceremony and song "Go Light Your Candle".
